By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Cancellati0n & Refund Policy These terms govern your use of our website and services, including purchases of our products. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Returns

We accept returns on all products, no questions asked. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@koshbysanyukta.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

•  The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

• The return package must reach us in good condition and should be shipped at the customer’s own arrangement.

• We provide a video recording of the returned package upon receipt as confirmation for transparency.

 

For international orders, customers are required to arrange the return shipment. The refund will be processed only after the package is received at our end and meets the above conditions.

2. Refunds

 

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

• A fixed shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

• For international orders, customers must arrange the return shipment. The refund will be initiated only after the package is received and meets the return criteria.

7. Cancellations : Cancellation of orders are accepted within 12 Hrs of order placement.(for both foreign and domestic customers).

• Cancellations after product dispatched not accepted.
