We sell Madhubani Sarees, Dupattas, Apparels, Home Décor, and Madhubani Paintings for weddings, festive occasions, and casual wear.

 

2. Use of the Website: By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or any activity that disrupts its operation. Any unauthorized use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages or be considered a criminal offense.

 

3. Product Information: We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images on our website are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in color, design, or detailing may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. However the site offfers the functionality to switch to foreign currency. Conversion rate is based on the spot rate of the day.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

 

4. Orders and Payments: By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product under these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We accept payment through secure payment gateways integrated into our website. All payment details provided must be accurate and valid. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful placement of your order. Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. However, you may contact us for assistance at info@koshbysanyukta.in.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery: We ship across India and to select international locations. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Any applicable shipping charges might be displayed at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or carrier issues. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

 

6. Returns

We accept returns on all products, no questions asked. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@koshbysanyukta.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  •  The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

  • The return package must reach us in good condition and should be shipped at the customer’s own arrangement.

  • We provide a video recording of the returned package upon receipt as confirmation for transparency.

 

For international orders, customers are required to arrange the return shipment. The refund will be processed only after the package is received at our end and meets the above conditions.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

  • A fixed shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For international orders, customers must arrange the return shipment. The refund will be initiated only after the package is received and meets the return criteria.

8. Cancellations : Cancellation of orders are accepted within 12 Hrs of order placement.(for both foreign and domestic customers).
